Apply for a position as a Branch Herald

First, read the office's job description to understand its duties and responsibilities. Contact the current branch herald (if any) or Ounce Herald (if your branch doesn't currently have a herald) if you have any questions.

When you're ready to apply, make sure you have

• An up-to-date SCA résumé
• A modern résumé containing any relevant experience
• Proof of an SCA membership that will be current when you would be taking office
• A letter expressing your intent to apply for the office of herald for your branch

Send the items above to your current branch herald, if there is one. If your branch doesn't currently have a herald, contact your local branch's officers to apply -- your local business meeting is a good place to do so.
